Secluded and nestled in the woods, this beautiful 4-bedroom / 2 bath multi-level home boasts a spacious layout, a large wrap-around deck, and stunning views of the Necanicum River. Perfect for a larger group, this home is ideal for gathering with friends and family. 

Living Area – Warm and welcoming with plenty of windows, wood-beamed ceilings, a large flatscreen TV, a stone fireplace, and lots of comfortable seating for relaxing.

Kitchen Area – Preparing meals will be a breeze in the gorgeous, newly renovated kitchen with stainless steel appliances and plenty of counter and cupboard space.  

Dine with a view at the large dining room table that looks out on the river. The table is also an ideal spot for playing board games or doing a puzzle when enjoying a quiet night in.  

Bed & Bath – Sleepy after a fun-filled day at the nearby beach, guests will drift off easily in their choice of 4 comfortable bedrooms, all located upstairs.

This home has an occupancy limit of 10 guests, including adults, children, and infants.  This limit cannot be exceeded at any time, even with daytime visitors.

Bedroom 4: Primary with king, flatscreen TV, and views of the river

Outdoor Area – Enjoy a quiet cup of coffee or an evening glass of wine from the large deck as you enjoy the stunning surroundings or a family BBQ (briquettes are not included, please plan on purchasing or bringing to use the grill).

Peaceful, secluded, and located right at the Necanicum River, yet just a short drive or walk to the beach access on 12th Street, this home is ideal for a long-overdue getaway with dear friends or family. Come stay, play, and make lasting memories at Cunningham Coop.
