During Whale Watch Week December 28 – January 1st, volunteers will be available to help you spot and identify whales and wild life at various different viewing sites up and down the Oregon Coast.
For more information visit OregonStateParks.org or ORWhaleWatch.org.
People from all over the world come to Oregon to learn about and view these majestic mammals that travel along the coast each year. Whales are visible from the shores all year long, but some months are better for whale sighting than others. In the winter, more than 20,000 gray whales pass by as they head south to the warmer waters of Mexico.
Tradewinds Charters and Dockside Charters in Depoe Bay offer numerous charters with friendly and knowledgeable crew dedicated to providing you with a safe and memorable experience.
