About Cape Perpetua Scenic Area – Oregon State Park

Nestled on the central Oregon Coast, Cape Perpetua is known for its dramatic landscape of towering trees and rocky shores. Part of the Siuslaw National Forest, this picturesque spot offers visitors refreshing coastal air, incredible hiking trails with sea views, and a sense of peace and tranquility.

Situated 2 miles from Yachats, Cape Perpetua boasts a visitor center with an indoor and outdoor seating area that offers panoramic ocean views. The center also has a theatre which shows short movies, and the staff are always on hand to answer any questions you may have or help you plan your trip.
