Nothing says a trip to the seaside like an afternoon stroll with a scoop or two of ice cream. Luckily for you, the Oregon Coast has some great spots to enjoy some scoops with your family during this Spring Break! 

Check out some of our favorite sweet spots on the Oregon Coast: 

Zinger’s Homemade Ice Cream (Seaside) 

Zinger’s is a local favorite known for its creamy, handcrafted ice cream. With a wide variety of flavors and generous portions, it’s perfect for indulging after a play-filled day at the beach. 

Sea Star Gelato (Cannon Beach) 

This charming gelato shop in Cannon Beach offers a delightful selection of Italian-style gelato made with local ingredients. Enjoy a scoop while taking in views of iconic Haystack Rock. 

Tillamook Creamery (Tillamook) 

Tillamook Creamery is a must-stop for ice cream lovers. Sample their famous Tillamook ice cream, made with high-quality dairy from local farms. You didn’t hear it from us, but sometimes you can sample new flavors before they hit stores. 

Frite & Scoop (Astoria) 

A favorite by visitors and locals alike, Frite & Scoop on Astoria’s downtown riverwalk offers both sweet & salty options. Choose a cool, creamy treat or crisp, salty fries. Ice cream flavors are made from scratch with rotating flavors like Blueberry Sorbet and Espresso Cardamom.  

BJ’s Ice Cream Parlor (Newport) 

BJ’s Ice Cream Parlor is a quaint spot in Nye Beach offering a variety of ice cream flavors, including classic favorites and seasonal specials.
