This stunning 4 bedroom, 2 full and 2 half bath home is perfect for guests looking for a spacious layout to gather with friends or family. Ocean views, and lake views thoughtfully appointed, and beautifully decorated, this coastal treasure has everything you need for an unforgettable getaway. 

Warm and welcoming with vaulted ceilings, wood décor, and a wall of windows, the open concept living area is perfect for entertaining and relaxing with loved ones. Gather around the TV and electric fireplace to watch a movie or the big game, warm up by the fire pit after an afternoon walk on the beach and keep the cook company at the kitchen counter while fabulous meals are prepared in the sleek and fully equipped kitchen.  With mini bar and wine fridge in the island.  Enjoy meals together with a view at the dining table that seats 8 plus 3 additional bar seats. Prefer to dine al fresco? In warmer months, fire up the BBQ and enjoy meals on the deck with seating for up to 10 people.  

There is also an additional den/TV room – the perfect set up for kids to watch a show while the adults enjoy a sunset cocktail on the deck.  

Still have energy to burn after an adventure-filled day exploring Rockaway? Enjoy a soak in the hot tub as you watch the moon shimmer over the Pacific Ocean, or head down to the garage where you can play a friendly (or competitive!) game of ping pong or foosball.

When it is time to turn in for the night, guests will have their choice of 4 comfortable bedrooms. Upstairs features the gorgeous primary king bedroom. Light and bright with lovely ocean views, high ceilings with wood beams, a ceiling fan, a swivel chair, and a work desk – the perfect spot to cozy up with a book or savor a quiet cup of coffee with a view, a large walk-in closet, a yoga pose area, and heated floor bathroom with his and her sinks, separate soaking bathtub, and walk in tiled shower with multiple shower heads, and a bench seat. The 3 other bedrooms are on the lower floor - a full over full bunk bed, a queen, and a king with flat screen TV and direct access to the hot tub.  

Additional amenities include: A wine fridge – stock up on some lovely Oregon wines both upstairs and downstairs, Kid friendly- games, toys, puzzles, pack n' play, Wi-Fi, BBQ, Beach equipment (Toys, Chairs, Wagon, etc.), a laundry room – ideal for doing a load after a day at the beach, a wet bar, a mud room, and room for 4 cars in the driveway, plus a boat trailer.  Please be aware the driveway is very steep with a 90 degree turn on to the paved parking area in front of the garage.
